Shipping & returns
We ship to some EU countries and the shipping cost will be shown when you checkout. Please let us know if your country isn't shown in the list. Within Sweden the delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days (66 SEK). Outside Sweden the delivery time is approximately 3-14 working days (152 SEK). Delivery time could varies depending on the country and the situation in the world.
Customers from other countries will be charged a shipping cost that varies depending on which country the products are being shipped. Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside EU. These charges are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order.

Please note: Orders are being processed during business hours. But delivery times are not guaranteed, but we are handling all orders as fast as possible.
If you're not completely satisfied with your Nordinary warm tights and top, have ordered the wrong size, or for other reasons change your mind about your order, you can return the products to us within 14 days. When you make a return you are responsible for the shipping. If you want to change size you have to return your products and place a new order. If you are in Åre you are more than welcome to try your products before you buy them! Drop us an email if you have any questions.
Report your return to us by email including name, order number, phone number and reason for return. Your feedback is important to us!
Wait for approval.
Put the items in a suitable packaging, preferably the same paper bag you got it in. Only unused products without defects and strict hygiene protection is accepted.
Send the return as a traceable package so that we can track the package. You are responsible for the package when it's being returned, and should the package disappear or damaged you are responsible for the cost of the lost or damaged products.
Once we have received your item, we will refund you to the account or card used at the time of purchase.
